Where we ship
We ship across Canada and the United States from our warehouse in Saint-Séverin, Québec.
Shipping costs
Free shipping on all orders of $195 or more, before taxes.
Orders under $195 have a flat shipping fee based on your region. The exact amount is shown at checkout, before you pay.
Some remote areas are not eligible for free shipping. This includes villages far from a sorting centre, areas rarely served by carriers and Canada Post Air Stage offices. If your address is in one of these areas, we will contact you before shipping.
Delivery times
Standard delivery usually takes 3 to 6 business days. The delay starts on the first business day after your package leaves our warehouse.
We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Orders placed on a Saturday, a Sunday or a holiday leave on the next business day.
Some specialty products can take 4 to 6 weeks. When this is the case, the delay is shown on the product page.
Shipping natural oils safely
Our oils and finishes are liquids, and some contain natural solvents. To keep them safe in transit:
- Containers are sealed and packed upright, with protection against leaks.
- Products classified for transport as flammable travel by ground only. Express air shipping is not available for these items, and some remote areas may take longer.
- Water-based products can be damaged by frost. In winter, we may hold these items for a few days when freezing temperatures are forecast along the route. We will let you know if your order is affected.
When your package arrives, open it soon and store the products at room temperature, away from frost and direct heat.
Tracking your order
When your order ships, you receive an email with your tracking number. Use it on the carrier's website to follow your package.
Taxes
Prices do not include taxes. Federal and provincial taxes are calculated at checkout, based on the shipping address.
Damaged or missing items
Please check your package when it arrives. If a container is leaking, damaged or missing, contact us within 7 days with your order number, a photo of the package and the products. We will replace them or refund you, at no cost to you.
