We do our best to keep product descriptions, colours, prices and availability accurate. Colours may look different depending on your screen and the wood species. If a price or description error is found, we will contact you before processing your order.

Your order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. We may cancel an order in limited cases, such as an obvious pricing error, an item that is out of stock or a suspected fraudulent order. If we cancel your order, we will tell you and refund any amount paid in full.
